Registration Fee and Refunds Policy (update September 2026)  Updated for 2026 Season 

The annual registration fee is set by the Board and published in advance of the registration date. 

Full refunds will be issued if registration is withdrawn before September 15, thereafter refunds will only be issued for medical reasons.  

Refunds will only be issued for medical reasons, and the refund will be prorated, as follows, to the date the refund is requested.  

A member may receive:

• 75% of their curling registration payment until November 30, 
• 50 % until December 31 and;
• 25% until January 31 of the current curling season.  
  The Club will not provide membership refunds after January 31 of the current curling season.  

The Capital Fund component of the registration fee is not refundable.  

If a member wishes to be considered a returning member for the next season, they are advised to convert their membership to “Temporary Leave” membership.   If they elect this option, the applicable refund less the Temporary Leave Membership fee will be refunded.  

If a member chooses to take a refund without converting to a Temporary Leave Membership, they will not be able to register early with returning members and need to register as a new member in the following season. 

There is no Inactive Member category.
