EVENING JITNEY MEMBERS are eligible to play in BOTH Evening Jitneys.
Jitney is “pick-up or drop-in curling”, meaning you can play the days you are able and do not have to arrange for a spare. Open to all levels, from beginner to experienced Highly recommended for people new to the sport. The League Manager will set up the number of teams playing and determine the positions of players based on the number of people that show up. The goal of the draw captains is to have everyone play with and against everyone over the season emphasizing a fun, non-competitive, night out.
You are required to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to start time to register your name and position with the League Manager. Players are selected on a "first come, first served" basis, with preference to members who have registered in Evening Jitney. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, and non-competitive.
