Times: 9:30am to Noon OR 1:30 to 4:00pm (at registration, please choose either the AM or PM session)
Cost: $25 + HST
Registration Opens: 8:00am, September 5, 2026. Course is limited to 30 curlers.

Whether you've been watching curling for years or just discovered it during the last Olympics, our Introduction to Curling is the perfect first step. We'll take you from the warm room to the ice in just a few minutes, teach you the basics and send you home with a new appreciation for this charming Canadian traditional sport.
What's included:
- Friendly, indoor introduction to the game with an emphasis on safety
- On-ice coaching by local coaches: rock delivery, sweeping and a short game
- All equipment provided
What to bring:
- Clean indoor running shoes (ideally, worn inside only) – we don’t want any grit on the ice.
- A helmet (any type will do - ski, bike, hockey). No hard front peak on the helmet is allowed.
- Warm, loose & comfortable clothing. Gloves that don’t slip. No long scarves.
- After each session: Our bar will be open, and we invite you to stay and chat with our coaches and other curlers. Post-game socializing is a curling tradition we take seriously!
