Whether you've been watching curling for years or just discovered it during the last Olympics, our Introduction to Curling is the perfect first step. We'll take you from the warm room to the ice in just a few minutes, teach you the basics and send you home with a new appreciation for this charming Canadian traditional sport. This is a one-day course. For a deeper introduction to the sport, please consider signing up for the 3-day Learn to Curl clinic running Oct 6 to 9.

Entry Requirements

We welcome new curlers aged 19+ to this clinic.

Please bring the following: A helmet for head protection - remember, we will be on the ice! (can be a hockey helmet, bike or similar) Please bring warm and comfortable clothing as we will be actively throwing rocks and sweeping. Clean, indoor running shoes - very important to help keep any grit or dirt off the ice. Curling brooms will be provided.
