Guest Policy & Waiver Form

Guests are welcome at The Curling Club of Collingwood, however all guests using our ice surface MUST read and sign  and submit the digital waiver form found at the the link below (or by scanning the QR code). After sbmission you will receive a confirmation email that you will need to show the league manger before you will permitted on the ice.

The Curling Club of Collingwood is inclusive and welcoming.  It is a club of friendship, fun, as well as, curling and therefore welcomes many types of guest on the premise during the curling season. For our guests enjoyment and safety we ask that you read the Guest Policy and sign the waiver form.
