For ages 8-18 interested in curling. Must be at least 8 years old by December 31.
The young curlers should have warm stretchy clothes, clean indoor shoes, and a helmet. We supply the brooms! We curl and learn 10am to noon each Sunday morning starting the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The fee for the entire season is $50.00 Each week, we do drills and skills for the first hour and then generally try to play a couple of ends. There are several coaches on the ice, all friendly and helpful volunteers from the club. After instruction and play, there is hot chocolate for the kids, and once in a while, we have a pizza lunch, provided by the club. Parents are welcome to hang around the in lounge and watch, or depart and leave your kid with the coaches.
